What does the 7-day pass include?

Unlimited access to all classes for 7 days — strength, conditioning, technique-focused sessions, everything. Full coaching, full support, no restrictions.

When does my 7-day pass start?

It starts from your first class, not the day you sign up. So you don’t lose a single day.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Nope. Every session is coached and scaled. Whether you're brand new or experienced, you’ll be guided through the right version of each movement.

What if I have injuries or haven’t trained in a while?

Totally fine. We specialise in technique, prehab and safe progression. Just let your coach know and they’ll tailor the session to suit you.

Can I book multiple classes during my free week?

Yes — come as often as you like. Most people do 2–4 sessions across their week to get a real feel for the program.

Is the gym intimidating?

Not here. We’re known for being one of the most welcoming, ego-free communities around. Good people, great coaching, no judgement.

Do I need to decide anything before the week is over?

No pressure. Your pass is obligation-free. If you love it (you probably will), your coach can walk you through membership options at the end of the week.

What’s the catch?
